Daniel G. Saavedra, AIA and Guy. D. Gehlhausen, AIA have collaborated on architectural projects for over thirty years. Our office, kept strategically small, allows principals and key personnel to focus attention on every detail throughout the project, no matter how small. Our work ranges in scale and type.

Numerous office buildings have been designed and executed ranging from 2,100 square feet to 250,00 square foot multi-specialty facilities. These structures have been executed in both the traditional design/bid/build delivery method, as well as the design/build delivery method.
