Muscular endurance is the ability of the muscles to perform tasks for the long period. They need functional activity magnitude, holding things for a longer time, like picking up a suitcase, or a bag and walking along distance, holding the ladder for quite some time, while somebody is on it etc. This can be achieved through the low intensity, high repetitions better in weight training.

Flexibility.

Flexibility

Flexibility is the ability of the joints to achieve their maximum range of motion. Flexibility is required in a lot of things in daily life. It can be achieved through regular practices of yoga, tai chi, martial arts, and the like.

The need of the article is to achieve a normal lean body mass to fat mass ratio, which can be achieved by following a nutritionally balanced diet, along with a regular exercises and adequate rest. America Heart Association has recommended, at least daily, 30 minutes of brisk walking for everybody, as part of daily lifestyle to avoid and improve their lifestyle disorders, at least five, seven days a week. Also, if it is combined with resistance and flexibility training, it will be even more beneficial, especially in fat loss programs.

Daily exercise improves mood and anxiety and helps you to manage stress better.
