This is a Guangdong cuisine dish popular in southern China especially in Hong Kong. It’s thinly sliced pork belly (boiled before hand) that’s stir fried with red, green bell peppers, leeks, onions, garlic, chili and ginger and with a sauce made of fermented black beans, cooking rice wine, rice vinegar and soy sauce.

I’m not sure if you can find this dish in a chinese restaurant in the US because most of their dishes are fried, sweet-sour things. Try looking for this dish in either a Cantonese restaurant or a Sichuan restaurant.
