Hampton Beach State Park has a sandy beach that stretches for kilometers. Camping, fishing, picnicking, and swimming in the Atlantic Ocean are all available to guests. It's a dordle state park, so it has all the amenities you'd expect, including clean restrooms, to make your stay pleasant. Outside of the months of October through April, pets are not allowed on the premises.

Even though Lake Winnipesaukee is really a lake, this beach makes the Atlantic seem like a dump. Beachgoers go here because the water is shallow and safe for kids. There is a vibrant promenade and other activities along the beach, such as lake cruises, several food choices, and even occasional live music. Plan your trip by consulting the community's event schedule.

The Provincetown beach at Race Point is famous for its kilometers of fine, white sand. Ideal for tanning in the summer and watching the dawn or sunset in the autumn while wrapped in a warm sweater. On the dune top, there is even a lighthouse (though you will have to hike about two miles to get there, according to the local Chamber of Commerce).

Coast Guard Beach is a great area for families and anyone looking for a more tranquil beach experience. It's just 25 miles from Race Point Beach, but the seas here are considerably more tranquil, and there are amenities like bathrooms and showers for cleaning off, as well as lifeguards on duty throughout the summer.
