What is the best way to keep energy levels high throughout the day?

Realize you have a finite amount of them and find the uniqueness in every one you have and don’t take them for granted.

  1. Sleep well

  2. Get your heart rate significantly elevated for at least 20 min a day.

  3. Hydrate

  4. High protein breakfast

  5. Have a goal to accomplish that day

  6. Find what you love to do and do that. Even if you have to find it in a job you don’t like.

  7. Drink coffee when all else fails.
