You can eat whatever you want! I gain x pounds just looking at food." Have you ever been on the receiving end of a comment like this? It's SO common and normalized in our society for people to comment on your food choices and the size of your body. But I need for you to hear this: ❗❗❗ It’s never okay to comment on someone’s body size or food choices unless it’s done with consent and from a place of genuine concern (i.e. you think a loved one has an eating disorder and you want to have a heart-centered talk with them about it)
