Individual Counseling
Individual Counseling is a collaborative process between therapist and client, with the goal of improving your quality of life. Counseling can help you confront barriers that interfere with emotional and mental well-being.
Successful counseling can result in improved self-esteem, confidence in love, increased courage, and peace of mind. In addition to helping you cope with specific problems, many people find they enjoy the journey of becoming more self-aware and experiencing personal growth.
Our sessions are confidential, so you can trust sharing your issues with our experienced and empathic counselors.

Child and Family Counseling
Child Therapy
Play-based therapy can help children gain tools to regulate their emotions, ask for what they need and process experiences that might be troubling them. We use evidence-based therapeutic strategies to increase social skills, problem solving and resilience in children. We involve parents and families in treatment because understanding each other will help everyone get closer to the happy and calm home they want to have.
Pre- and Post-Natal Couples Counseling
The transition to parenthood is one of the biggest changes you will ever experience as a person and as a couple. Although it is miraculous and joyful for many people, it can strain even the healthiest relationships. Learn ways to “babyproof” your connection and be the parenting team you want to be.
Parent Coaching
Wouldn’t it be great if each child came with an owner’s manual? “One-size fits all” parenting strategies are not always effective. We’ll help you gain a deeper understanding of your child’s individual needs and find strategies that maximize strengths and work for your unique child and family.
Some of the children we see are having a hard time with:
- Anxiety, OCD, and Panic
- Family transitions: divorce, adoption, new baby, etc.
- Friendships
- Behavior Problems
- Grief and loss
- School problems
- ADHD, ADD, Impulse Control
- Childhood Depression
