As one of the managing Partners in charge of Panattoni Development Company’s Chicago office, John is responsible for overall development, acquisition, and disposition of deal fl ow throughout Chicago. He also interfaces with clients, consultants, and brokers throughout the design and construction process. John has been affi liated with Panattoni since 2001 and has developed or acquired more than 15 million square feet of space.
John’s previously served as Senior Vice President at AMLI Commercial Properties. He was responsible for all aspects of development and leasing of new speculative buildings. John’s responsibilities included all phases of preconstruction, design, development and marketing of AMLI’s speculative building and build-to-suit development programs.

Jason Rosenberg is one of Panattoni Development Company’s Partners for the Chicago market. Jason is responsible for sourcing and executing development, acquisition, and disposition activities for Chicago. He also interfaces with clients, consultants, and brokers throughout the design, construction, and leasing process. Prior to becoming a partner, Jason served as Senior Development Manager for the Panattoni Development Company’s Chicago market. Jason has been affi liated with Panattoni since 2003 and has developed or acquired more than 15 million square feet of space during this period. Jason’s previous position was Director of Development at Interstate Partners (management group that purchased Wispark Corporation assets). He was responsible for all aspects of the development and leasing of speculative buildings and build-to-suits. Prior to this, Jason held the same position at Wispark Corporation, the real estate development subsidiary of Wisconsin Energy Corporation. During this period, Jason was involved with over 2 million square feet of new industrial development. Jason began his career as an industrial real estate broker at Insignia/ESG (acquired by CBRE). Jason is a Member of the National Association of Industrial and Offi ce Properties (NAIOP), Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE), and Society of Industrial and Offi ce Realtors (SIOR).
