We strive to work in partnership with our clients to provide architectural design and construction documents which exceed expectations. In addition to providing architectural services, we are also an LEED AP, an Illinois FHA 203k consultant and provide Design-Build services.

The Architect

Architects are the master designers that grasp fundamental design principles and natural laws. Architects are rare and tend to see distinctions and inconsistencies and can detect contradictions no matter when or where they were made. Architects regard all discussions as a search for understanding, and believe their function is to eliminate inconsistencies and are driven to find the most efficient means to their ends. Architects are interested in what make sense, and thus only statements that are consistent and coherent make sense. Architects often prefer to work quietly, obsessed with design analysis and function. Once starting a project the Architect begin to comprehend the issue and complexity and starts to design the HUMAN SPACE.
