About Us
WHO ARE WE: Labor Link is a locally owned and operated Christian based staffing company. We place individuals for daily, mid to long term, or temp to hire assignments. We provide quality, hardworking employees at a fair rate.
HOW DID IT ALL BEGIN: Todd Hein, the owner and President, has worked in the staffing industry since 1998 for a national chain company. He worked his way up from a branch manager to a district manager; however, in the eight years with this company Todd noticed a common trend. He felt the temporary employees were not treated right by the company he worked for. So, in December of 2006 Labor Link opened its doors for the first time. Todd ran the business by himself in the beginning. Now he employs six full time staff, a part time person, and Todd still plays an active role in the business.
LOOK AT US GROW: In 2010 Labor Link was awarded “Fastest Growing Small Business of the Year” by the Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce with showing growth of 200%. Every year since 2010, Labor Link has had double digit growth. Labor Link was voted Tribune Star’s 2014, 2016, 2017 and 2018 Reader’s Choice Award for Best Staffing Company.
WE INVEST IN OUR COMMUNITY: Labor Link is proud to give back to our community. We are a sponsor of ISU athletics, West Vigo Softball, Wabash Valley Rex Baseball, and a variety of other things in the community. Todd currently sits on the Junior Achievement of the Wabash Valley and Terre Haute Children's Museum Boards.
